August, September, October, November, AND December Fitness Challenges!



Hello All! I am really loving my progress so far and have decided to do personal challenges every month until I reach my goal! WOO HOO! I will take pictures before each challenge and take my measurements.

August Challenge:

Walk 60 MILES- Using the WATP (Walk-Away-The-Pounds) DVDs and/or walking outside.
3 days a week of WATP Firming DVD
100 squats or Shaun T's Booty Time DVD a day (Except on Rest Day)
100 ab work or Shaun T's Hard Core Abs a day (Except on Rest Day)
Water Challenge: 200oz a day


September Challenge:

Complete Shaun T's Rockin' Body Challenge
3 days a week of WATP Firming DVD
100 squats or Shaun T's Booty Time DVD a day (Except on Rest Day)
100 ab work or Shaun T's Hard Core Abs a day (Except on Rest Day)
Water Challenge: 200oz a day


October - December Challenge:

Turbo Fire Challenge (FAINT)
100 squats or Shaun T's Booty Time DVD a day (Except on Rest Day)
100 ab work or Shaun T's Hard Core Abs a day (Except on Rest Day)
Water Challenge: 200oz a day
